Starting with Burgermeister^® is easy – there’s no entry fee! This gives more aspiring entrepreneurs the chance to join the Burgermeister^® family. Dedication, persistence, and ambition – these are the values we seek!

High monthly base salary

You’ll earn an above-average base salary and also share in the profits.

Profit Sharing

Your success is our success! As a Burgermeister^® operator, you earn your share of the net annual profit – and after three successful years, this share can even increase. This way, you’re directly rewarded for your hard work, keeping you motivated to take your restaurant to the next level.

No start-up capital needed

We cover the start-up costs for you! Burgermeister^® takes on all the construction expenses for your new restaurant. This lets you focus entirely on operations, training, and marketing from day one.

YOUR PROFILE

Strong leadership qualities: You effectively lead and motivate each team member.

Business Sense: You have solid knowledge in financial management, team leadership, and operations.

Commitment: You’re ready to invest time and effort to ensure the success of your location with full dedication.

Customer-first attitude: Customer satisfaction and excellent service are your priorities.

Financial knowledge: You have a firm grasp of budgeting and accounting.

Passion for the brand: You share the excitement for Burgermeister^®’s values and products.

Operational experience: You have at least six months of experience as a restaurant manager or store manager, with extensive knowledge of the restaurant or food industry.

Problem solver: You recognize emerging issues early and resolve them effectively and sustainably.

Reliability: You’re a dependable partner for the company, your team, and every customer.
