With almost 40 years of international banking, finance and risk management experience, as well as years as a strategic advisor to start-up and scale-up enterprises, Rick Striano brings an exceptional range of knowledge to Burgermeister’s leadership team. His career spans some of the biggest names in the financial world including JP Morgan, Deutsche Bank and AIG, with roles in fixed income trading, sales, product management, product development, corporate strategy, and relationship management. His postings include New York, Milan, Washington DC, and Frankfurt. A dual national, (Italy and U.S.). Rick is based in Frankfurt, Germany.
As Chief Corporate Development Officer, Rick’s wide portfolio of responsibility includes but is not limited to identifying and negotiating leases for Burgermeister locations, evaluating potential M&A opportunities, identifying potential strategic partners, and operating as a resource for the broader leadership team on corporate governance, go to market, and other initiatives strategically critical to Burgermeister’s ambitious growth plans across Europe and beyond.
