Burgermeister opens store no. 23 in the Uber Arena as Germany’s first quick-service restaurant brand in an AEG Arena

We at Burgermeister are opening our Unit 23 in a very special location: right inside the Uber Arena Berlin. From now on, we will be supplying our burgers to up to 200 events per year and around 2 million visitors, right where people experience music, sports, and emotions. This marks the first time an established chain restaurant with its own brand and products will be present directly in a German AEG Arena.

With the new partnership between Burgermeister, Anschutz Entertainment Group (AEG), and Levy, we are specifically tapping into the leisure and event catering sector for the first time. We’re bringing what Burgermeister stands for directly to the arena: authentic, no-nonsense burgers – freshly prepared, handcrafted from our own production facilities, and served with passion.

Opening Day was a complete success: At the first two events, visitors immediately recognized us, ordered enthusiastically, and immediately set new order records in the Uber Arena. A perfect start for our Unit No. 23 and a strong sign of the recognition and popularity of our brand. The new location in the Uber Arena, as a concession store, is part of the arena’s overall gastronomic concept. Together with Levy, the official catering partner of AEG, we operate the space in the signature Burgermeister brand identity, open for every event. Levy’s team, trained by us, prepares the Burgermeister burgers fresh on site – exclusively using original Burgermeister ingredients from our own production facility.

The move into the Uber Arena marks the next milestone in our expansion and growth strategy and the beginning of a long-term, international collaboration with AEG and Levy.
