Burgermeister Opens Its 25th Store in Stuttgart: “Burgermeister Rotebühlplatz” Now Open!

We are consistently continuing our growth trajectory and, with “Burgermeister Rotebühlplatz,” are opening our 25th store and at the same time our first location in Stuttgart. Despite delays caused by external factors, we have finally been able to launch the new store.

Our new Burgermeister is located in a prime city-center location at Rotebühlplatz 2+4, 70173 Stuttgart, offers more than 240 square meters of dedicated restaurant space, and provides over 80 seats both indoors and outdoors.

Even before opening, our launch generated significant buzz in local media and online channels and the impact was clear: In the first days after opening, long lines formed and the store was fully packed. Thanks to our well-established workflows and proven Burgermeister processes, we were still able to serve handcrafted and freshly prepared burgers and fries in top quality within just a few minutes. As a result, we immediately won over many guests and turned them into new fans of our brand in Stuttgart. The successful start in Stuttgart shows us that our Burgermeister concept resonates perfectly with guests here as well. We are delighted about the strong feedback on the opening and to now be part of Stuttgart’s local gastronomy scene.

Our new location in Stuttgart is part of our ongoing hyper-growth phase and we are pushing ahead with our expansion across Germany. Already in December, the next opening in another key German city is coming up – Store No. 26 will open in Cologne. At the same time, we are already actively looking for a suitable space for a second location in Stuttgart.
