Burgermeister continues to expand: First location opens in North Rhine-Westphalia!

On July 30, Burgermeister opened its first store in North Rhine-Westphalia, marking another milestone in our expansion across Germany!

With our new 20th store, Burgermeister – Am Wehrhahn, we are finally bringing the iconic Berlin burger, made with high-quality in-house production, to the Rhine metropolis of Düsseldorf. The store is located directly at Wehrhahn and is the new go-to spot for all burger fans in the city. With 210 m² of restaurant space, including 50 indoor seats and 30 outdoor, we are offering all burger lovers in Düsseldorf a new place to enjoy freshly prepared burgers without any frills – true to our motto: Best burgers – at the best price – for everyone!

Düsseldorf is a strategic key city for us on our path to nationwide expansion in Germany. With its vibrant food scene and bustling city center, the city is the perfect location to further establish Burgermeister across the country.

That’s why we’re moving ahead quickly: Later this year, we will open a second Burgermeister store on Bolkerstraße, right in the heart of the city.

And we’re not stopping there! In 2025, we will be opening even more new Burgermeister locations: The next openings are already in the pipeline, including in Stuttgart, Cologne, Erfurt, and additional locations in Berlin.
