Two Berlin originals take to the ice together: A masterful partnership and a love letter to all (Berlin) fast food lovers.

The iconic Berlin burger chain Burgermeister is now the exclusive helmet sponsor of Eisbären Berlin and will support the 11-time German champions as a premium partner for the next three years. With the start of the Champions Hockey League group stage, the iconic green Burgermeister logo will appear on the helmets of all Eisbären players.

This marks the largest marketing investment in Burgermeister’s history – a clear commitment to Berlin, to top-level sports, and to a strong brand partnership built on equal footing. At the same time, it’s a love letter to all fast food lovers who appreciate our honest, no-frills burgers, made in our own Burgermeister production facility.

The partnership is part of a clear growth strategy: Burgermeister is driving forward a massive expansion across Germany, currently with 20 locations, and plans for 15 to 20 new openings across Germany and Poland in 2025. The collaboration with the Eisbären increases national visibility and strengthens Burgermeister’s positioning as Germany’s burger brand for a new generation in the era of fast-food system gastronomy.

More than just sponsorship: Burgermeister is actively shaping the partnership for fans and guests alike. Planned activities include national brand activations, such as sweepstakes, loyalty program promotions, merchandise collaborations, fan events, and special promotions — all happening right on the ice, in the stadium, online, and in every Burgermeister store.
